Reema Plastic Products
Plastic household goods, Saudi Arabia · via Long Legs / Roya Agency
Multi-channel e-commerce campaigns, with campaign and store results documented against each report’s own date range.
Overview
Owned the full digital marketing strategy for Reema Plastic Products' e-commerce store - managing Meta and Google Ads, conversion rate optimization, and a full-funnel system from awareness to purchase.
The challenge
Scale online sales while holding a profitable ROAS - a repeatable acquisition strategy that consistently brings new customers and maximizes revenue through the store.
The strategy
Built a comprehensive Meta structure (broad, interest, lookalike, DPA, catalog, video, retargeting) and a multi-channel Google account (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen), then optimized the whole funnel with CRO and abandoned-cart retargeting.
Execution
- Ran Meta campaigns across broad, interest, lookalike, DPA, catalog and retargeting with continuous creative and audience testing
- Built Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Shopping and Demand Gen with smart bidding and product-feed optimization
- Optimized product pages, checkout and abandoned-cart sequences to lift conversion rate
- Scaled winning campaigns while maintaining profitable acquisition costs
Results
- The Sep–Dec 2025 financial report shows SAR 812,036 total sales and 3,845 orders; product sales are SAR 716,990.36.
- The related store view shows 272,770 visits and a 1.40% conversion rate.
- The Nov–Dec 2025 Google Ads view reports 501.09% ROAS and approximately SAR 20.4K spend.
- The cumulative SAR 5M+ report covers Jan 2020–Jan 2026. It is store-history context, not a result attributed solely to my tenure.
What I learned
Full-funnel beats channel silos. Combining Meta prospecting, Google intent capture and on-site CRO - while scaling only what stayed profitable - turned a fixed budget into a compounding acquisition engine.
